Prop for Evinrude 3 hp

I need a prop for a 3hp Evinrude<br />1993 motor Model number E3RETB.<br />Where can I purchase one and since this is<br />a plastic prop is there a way to match a metal<br />prop to it? Suggestions are appreciated.<br /><br />Thanks <br />Blue Crab
