At those speeds with an alum prop you could be "ventilating" primarily due to boat jumping wave to wave and the prop picking up a little air in the wave "troughs". A good SS prop with "cupping" is designed to stop such a nuisance. Turning Point manufactures the "Hustler" in aluminum with rake, ports, and cupping if you want to stay with alum.
