I won't think my boat is a light weight, and No Middle seat Most of the weight is on the left side of the boat with the livewell and gas tank. I doubt veriy much that I'm running any where close to 21 mph. need the 105 AH battery for the trolling motor , on board charger, blige pump. As for quiet it's not... except at idle speed +. Can't really move the tank hose not long enough, and no room . I need the right side of the boat for moving around at 73 I"m not too steady.. Hey Thanks wish I could clock the motor on my boat..have a 3 gallon tank

Perhaps a friend has a GPS or some cells have a gps app.
Don't be so secretive. What is your boat? metal?glass? Round bottom? flat bottom? flat V?
Jon boat?
If you know the brand, model year we may be able to tell the weight.
maybe you can post some pictures.
A tinytach will work for the rpm.Just be sure to tell them its going on a 4 stroke outboard.
Have you had the dealer check it out.Don't assume because its new that it's right.
Hard to believe you can't find a spot for a 3 gallon tank.It may take some imagination.
A longer hose should be easy to solve.Moving the battery forward even just a few feet would help.
