Problems with forum this morning

The forums are acting a bit odd this morning... pages are not loading until I hit the refresh button several times, and when trying to post, I first received an error message (something to the effect of "something went wrong; you can't do that right now") and then, when I tried again, an orange bar kept running across the top of the screen, with several orange bars cycling in the upper right side of the screen (near the Search icon). Eventually, it took my post, but it shows up twice.

Anyone else experiencing any funkiness this morning?
