Well the family and I are new owners of a 2011 SD 2200 with a Yamaha 225. We took it our this weekend and put a couple of hours on it, but found we have lots of problems with our brand new boat.
1st Ski pole is stuck in the down position. Dealer knows and already ordered another.
2nd we have 5 switches broken off the helm. The stay in place unless bumped, it appears the plastic prongs are broken on the back. I have request the dealer send me all new ones.
3rd The stainless transom shower cover latch is also broken, it will not stay closed. The cover just flaps around. No word on this problem from the dealer yet.
Lastly the transom bench seat back cushion flew out on the first trailering of the boat. We never drove over 60mph, but when we got to our destination it was gone.
I am waiting to hear what the dealer and hurricane are going to do to rectify the problems, but wondered if anyone else has had bad luck?
