I am having a problem with my windless (PRO FISH 1000). When I operate the lower mode(no load)everything runs normal and the motor sounds fine. When I operate up mode (no load) it will work and sound fine for four or five seconds and then slowly slow down , as if something is tightening up or binding up inside. If I would keep it running,it would tripped the breaker. Any Ideas?
