Problem with trim control

Hello I have a 1995 Renken 26' with a 5.7 mercruiser serial no OF397760 Alpha one out drive serial no OF375985 1.50R
When I push the up trim it does not work I get a click also the trailer buttom does not work If I push the down buttom it works I notice that there are two solenoids on the pump the numbers on my pump are saeJ1171 marine A4127op My question is How can I check to see wich solenoid is bad I am guessing one is for up trim and the other for down . Any help you folks can give me is appreciated.

You can tell what solenoid does what by looking at the pump wires, blue=up ,green=down
