As if my dad's cancer wasnt enough, today I learned some bad news when I got home from work. My mom's sister was just diagnosed with throat cancer today, and they plan to start radiation on wednsday. I'm not sure if they plan on doing chemo as well yet. The big issue is the doctors are very concerned about her health in her treatmen, as she only weighs 118lbs. I know my dad lost 60lbs in his treatment, so we are all a little concerned about that.<br /><br />The cause of cancer has been determined to be smoking, as she has been a chain smoker since she was in high school. I dont want to start that heated debate up.<br /><br />Thanks for listening.......have a lot going through my head. Mainly just that my mom handles it ok. I saw how badly it affected her to see my dad and I'm not looking foreward to her and her sister..
Prayer was the only thing that sustained him. The Medical profession wrote him off many times.
