Powr pack test

Hello, how can i test my installed powe pack??? My probles mis a motor not running. The starter works fine but i think there is no fire in the plugs. Is tere a way to test the power pack and the strator? the motor is a mercury marne serial 4359728 it is a 50hp 4cyl.

Did you try taking out a spark pug and conecting it back to the wire and placing it near a metal ground, then crank the motor to check for spark?<br />Repeat process on the rest of plugs...

There is no fire, but i think in the input should be voltage and there is not, thats why i think it is th strator the problem, but i want to be sure brfore buy it. i tried to test the voltaje and just one of the cables gave me 9 volts, others gave me -1. Is it ok?
