Powerhead mating gasket

Anyone know where this fits on a Johnson 15hp 1984 model J15ECRM
Can not find a diagram that shows where this goes. It came in a power head gasket set. Gasket OMC #324717 Powerhead mating gasket.

It looks like a power head gasket, but it doesn't look like the one for your engine according to the parts breakdown. What was the part number for the gasket set you got?

From Marineengine it is a Sierra 18-4306

Sometimes Sierra uses the same kit for multiple applications by adding extra stuff. Did the kit have the proper base gasket for your engine.

Yes this was the only gasket left after putting motor back together. Could not find this gasket in their diagram.

I guess that sierra uses the same kit for a couple of different applications, common for them to do that.
