power trim & tilt omc

i have a 1994 50 hp evinrude there are no leaks on power trim motor or ram. the motor on trim runs. it is slow to trim up with out a little help (w/hand) it trims down some times bouncey some times leaks down slow. no fluid showing. and some times holds in place to run engine. is it possible to rebuild and put new O rings in to stop this ????

i AM KINDA NEW AT BOATING BUT IT MAY BE YOUR MANUAL RELEASE NOT CLOSED ALL THE WAY. i HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS ON MY BLACK MAX, CULPRIT THE MANUAL RELEASE OF PRESSURE WAS SLIGHTLY OPENED.
