Power Trim Question - 1998 Sea Ray 180 with 3.0 Mercrusier Alpha 1

My power trim will not rasie the unit. It must be something in the button or electrical. It will lower and it will also raise by using the trailor button.

Any ideas on what could be wrong and how to fix it?

Is there any reason I should not use my trailor but to raise my unit untill i fix the button on the shifter?
