Power Trim on 225 Johnson 1998

All of a sudden my power trim stopped working, have checked all the surfaced wires, looked at the relays, BOSCH, shaked one and it rattles inside, thought it may be bad, switch relays and one out of 5 times switching the power trim will work for only a second, thanks for any suggestions...
