The relief valve assembly is an internal part of the tilt cylinder. You will need a good manual before tackling this job. I found mine on ebay, I was lucky it was the exact one I needed.<br /><br />I am not sure if it cost effective to rebuild these cylinders now days or replace them. Something you might want to check into.

I don't think it's the cyl. All 3 would not go bad at the same time.It has to be a valve. If I could figure out which manual to get I would know what the valve to work on,thanks.Doug

Just the tilt cylinder controls the engine lift in the full range, where as both cylinder work together in the trim range.<br />I am not familiar with the third cylinder you are talking about, unless you are talking about the shock absorber.<br />Do a "search" for manual on here.
