I have a 62-64 crestliner 16 footer with a 75hp johnson super sea horse that is from 62-63. When I turn on the tilt up or down i can hear the motor run and the top of the motor will smoke if let run to long. The motor just makes noise and doesnt move the actual boat motor up at all. i changed fluid, but with no success. I probably need to replace the unit, but if anyone knows how i could get a diagram of the tilt motor or get any additional info, I'd appreciate it. thanks.
