Hi
I have had to replace my old style (with the external metal pipes) leaking steering ram with the newer type ram but of course the hoses from my pump/cooler no longer fit. Does anyone know the correct Mercruiser part numbers for the pressure and return hoses. The new ram has quick release fittings but I have been told that you can get hoses that just go into the ram (removing the quick release fittings). The engine is a MCM 3.7 (165) serial ending 63485 and an Alpha 1 drive.
