Power steering does not work

Hi guys, I have a 20' formula falcon with a 5.7 alpha 1 gen. 2 drive. There is no power steering at all. I unhooked the cable at the rack and the wheel will turn free. unhook the rack from the out drive and it swings fine. the pump is full and turning. what woud be more comon, the pump or the rack and can either be rebuilt? Thanks for any help i'm at a dead end.

Ayuh,... Odds are it's the Cable.....

Replacing the Cable,+ Helm combination seems to be the Best way to go....
