Hi all-

A while back looking through all the boat restos on here, i have seen some homemade wooden boat stands. Was wondering if we could collect some pictures of some of the ones you all built.

I am interested in building one on wheels that I can take my 17" bow rider off the trailer and on a stand for the winter so i can work on it in the heated garage. I have a 4 post car lift which i an thinking of lifting the boat off the trailer with and setting it on the stand.

post them up!! thanks!

My boat and trailer fit in the garage together. Is it not recommended to climb into the boat and work on it while its on the trailer? Mine is just a rivet aluminum boat.

Here is my top/cap stand. On the front it has a saw hoarse/adjustable platform. and the rear has a pieced together stand I made. Not the most robust!

The hull half is still on the trailer. I do not climb on the cap/top. Afraid of cracking it.
