possible electrical problems on my pontoon

I had my 2010 sun tracker pontoon in the water at the dock last week. Before I put the toon in the water, I used the up/down switch on the side of the mercury 60 Hp bigfoot engine and it worked just fine. The week before, I had the boat on the water and it worked just fine. When I was ready to start up, it wouldn't start, no cranking, nothing by turning the key to the switch and wouldn't allow me to raise or lower the motor. I checked all the fuses under the steering wheel and they all looked good, I changed out the battery with a new one and changed the switch out as well. Still nothing happening. I don't see any fuses on the motor, even though I know there has to be fuses on the motor. What else could I try besides taking ti to a boat repair place? One odd thing, the accessories work, however, no gauges come on.

Just a guess, maybe some wire or connection got loose somewhere. Stuffing things in and out of the storage bins, etc can do this.

By nothing do you mean it wont crank or it wont start. Not cranking is often its not quiet in natural or wont start is the kill switch.

Won't turnover in this case. I'll turn the key and nothing happens at all. Thanks

There is a fuse on the motor, probably under the cowl near the top on the starboard side, and there may be additional in line fuses. It's also entirely possible your connections are corroded enough to prevent starting but not to interrupt house power. This has happened to me several times. I would first locate and check the motor fuse(s) since you need to know the location anyway. If it's blown change it and go on your way, but if it blows again you have an issue that needs to be resolved. If it's not blown pull, clean and reconnect the connectors.

Yep. Didn't think about that since I don't have one. Usually an issue like this is the result of something simple, or what I call a forehead slapper.
