Howdy fellow boaters. We recently bought a 8000 BTU LG portable unit for our 1989 Prestancia. Looking for any tips to create a temporary as in removable mount for the exhaust of the unit through one of the side vent windows. Any one had any luck?
We have one. We took the plastic regular window mount and traced the inside of the porthole. We cut it out leaving notches where the porthole closing knobs are. The hose then hooks up to the porthole. We drain into the basin. The unit is mounted on the bench by the V berth
