We have gotten the inside cleaned up! All the seats and the carpet are in great condition, so a BIG step in the right direction. We used a mild mixture of dawn, a very small amount of purple power, and some vinegar. Almost all the stains are gone and the dirt came right off. The pleather and stitching on the seats are almost perfect, a little faded but in great condition. The carpet is going to be in like new condition once we can get a real vacuum down there and a carpet cleaner. I'll add some before and afters as soon as I can get them.

I do have a couple of other questions. Do any of you use protectant for the plastic and the seats? I use armorall and Meguiars interior for our vehicles. Can those be applied and offer the same protection as they do in vehicles? Are there any other products everyone uses?

Also update on the engine. I'm going to take a battery down there and go through the steps laid out in the previous comments, so fingers crossed that it cranks over. We are getting excited and hoping to have it ready for next spring!

On a side note if your out towards Norfork, the water looked the best I've seen it since my wife has taken us down there. The crappie at the dock were HUGE!!! Sadly, I didn't bring any fishing tackle... I have some extra poles that will be stored on the boat the next time we are there.

I use 303 aerospace protectant. Not a fan of armorall on anything, too greasy. Im firmly convinced 303 is the best thing on the market for a protectant. Once every so often i douse the seats and wipe off, especially in the higher sunlight areas. (tops of seats.)

Mechanic in the boat shop told me that he can tell where the tanning women sit most frequently, because tanning lotion WILL amplify the UV rays and destroy the seats. Sunblock is A-OK. Put a sheet down if you know someones using tanning lotion.
