Pontoon front gate damaged.

I have a 2012 sun tracker regency pb 250 xp3. Do I remove the front gate by pulling out the hinge stims?

should be able to remove just the hinge pin

If the hinge pins don't come out, Are the hinges welded on or riveted? rivets can be drilled out.
