Poly resin question????

I want to know why the drops I dripped on the floor have not hardened, but the resin in the glass on the mold has hardened. I mixed it very very well as always. I was then brushing the poly onto the glass over my mold and a few drops dripped onto the floor. These drips never hardened but the piece I took off the mold hardened overnight as usual.

The drops failed to reach critical temp and the floor sucked whatever warmth there was left in it, thats why I don't keep poly on the garage floor. If its kept around 60-70 it will fire right off. Hit the drops with a heat gun.
I'm going at it with the resin, temps are in the 40's but starting with warm resin and using halogens keeps the temp good enough to fire it off, working outside under a tarp right now.

throw a heat lamp on them....see if they cure.......if they dont.....its either mixture.......or catylest ratio
