Hello ,

I have a plumbing issue with this 1988 Astroglass, please help.
001.jpg. I know very little, I think the yellow is a bilge pump the red stops or allows the livewell to drain thru the hull. Maybe the white one in the rear is a fill pump. If I close the red one does that mean the other one recirclates the water? If so is this the right pump and how do I connect the broken hose back to it? As is my livewell dumps into my bilge area. Thanks so much for the help.

Re: plumbing problems

If the livewell is draining thru the hose in question....I would guess the pump you are refering to is a recirculation pump. If so.......the hose would go to the threaded end of the pump.

There are more issues to this set-up. More info needed ..to help others help you...would be helpful.

Do you have 2 switches...1 for livewell/baitwell?.....another for bait circulation?

Re: plumbing problems

I think you are good! Possibly a connection needed...and understanding the use of your airator/recycle switch will solve your problem.

Wish I had more time. You will solve the problem here. Somebody will come along that can type with more fingers than me.

Hang in...and thanks for pics.
