Plug Lead Inductive Pickup

Hi,
I'm looking for an ignition ?Spark Plug lead Pickup? or an ?Inductive Pickup sensor? for an old 1963 Aqua Meter Tachometer. It should look like the picture. It picks up the ignition pulse from the sparkplug lead and sends the signal to the Tachometer. If anyone has or know were I can get one ? or even how to make one, I would certainty appreciate it. I'm doing up an old BellBoy boat my Dad got in 1963, still with same motor Mercury 1000
