i have a 1995 150 merc offshore and when i put the engine fully down it leaks hydrylic fluid i thought it was the seals so i bought the kit but it's not. it's under were the 2 stainless steel tits come out. i'm pulling the boat the patch it. to get me through the season. first what part is that called. second if i need to replace it, does the engine need to come off please help me out.. thank you
