I have an 88 or89 Belgium made Johnson lately it has not been used much. It will run about 20 - 30 seconds and then kills. Do these have a diaphram in the carb or a fuel filter or what should I be doing ? Also on the side of it there is a rubber cap/plug that when removed you can see like two electrical male prongs like if you were supposed to stick a round female plug into it? does anyone know what this is for??
