alright, my buddy has a 1992 4.3L V6 mercruiser. he had is professionly winterized and we took it out friday last week. it ran great! then took it out saturday and he came around a corner hard, immediately put it in neutral, and beached it on the the bank...we sat around for about 2 hours then went to start it again, and it started clicking real fast trying to turn over and then it made a KLUNK sound like it locked up. some friends lightly tapped on the starter and now it just clicks real fast and loud. we tried to turn the motor by hand and it won't turn, just tightens the bolt. we removed the spark plugs and water came out and it still won't turn. another buddy told us it might be "water locked." if so is the engine ruined?? we would really appreciate any advice that we can get! thanks in advance
