Please help identify this motor (pic. attached)

I am sorry for the horrible picture quality. My wife took this with her phone. I am hoping someone can recognize a few features and point me in a general direction. I can't find an ID numbers on this thing, so if you know where to look, I would appreciate it. Thanks for looking...

By the look of the mixture knobs and paint color, it might be an early fifties Johnson 25hp. Its hard to tell without the cowling being on the motor, but that is a possibility.

Thanks for the info. I was told it is a 25 horse, but I also have a 10 horse that I was told was a 15, so I didn't know to believe it was a 25 or not. I will take some better pics and post tomorrow or tonight. Any idea where I would look for some ID numbers? I know it is not in the same place as the numbers on the QD-16...
