please help 1976 evinrude 35hp won't start

I have had this boat and motor for 5 years it ran when put up but haven't started it since i started trying to get it started about a week a go first found bad spark plugs replaced with ngk spark plugs got it to start up am run in tank but it died 30 sec in and wouldn't start or fire again checked to see if fuel was getting to plugs they were dry i then checked the fuel pump no fuel checked line from fuel pump to male connector to bulb line clear checked bulb no pressure replaced it now have fuel to fuel pump but still no fire help me out guys don't know what to do plugs now are wet now to by the way

First off, Evinrudes don't like NGK's. Get the right Champions.

Do you have spark? It should jump a minimum of a 1/4" gap and be BLUE.

Wouldn't fire with the champion plugs for some reason plugs where good to not sure why was suggested ngk by friend but i can buy two more champion .030 gap correct

Try a 1/2teaspoon of mixed fuel in each sparkplug hole replace the plugs and try to fire it.If it fires and dies your not getting enough fuel.then clean the carbs especially the hispeed orfice and the low speed needle.

You can aslo try some fuel/oil premix in a spray bottle and squirt it in the carb throat.

To all that are helping another problem has arose new champion plugs no spark on either

And carb looks good and seams to function correctly plugs are getting fuel

If you have no spark make sure that your coil connections are clean. No spark is not a carb problem.

Okay here is my deal now no spark to #2 spark plug is this due too number 2 coil being bad or could it be something else i have cleaned the connections to the #2 coil

Swap the coils and see if the problem follows that coil. If it does just replace it.
