First thanks for reading this and I hope you can figure this out because I can't. My buddy and I tried to go fishing but when we started to go on plane the boat bogged and stalled. We ended up pumping the ball but it wouldn't stay hard. So... we removed the siphon valve and went again, same problem. I disconected the fuel line at motor pumped the ball and these chunks of red plastic looking stuff came shooting out. I also took off the housing to the fuel pump and it was loaded with this stuff!

Is it possible e10 caused this? And can this gunk pas through the water seperator? ANY help would be great..

Some curly with once sharp edges, like the leftovers from drilling holes into a new tank or gas can, not cleaning out the millings and just using the tank(s).

Could have come from a portable can used to fill your boat. clean it out, add an in-line filter to catch any that is still in your tank.
