Plan set for painting in spring

Okay I did some research on paint to use for my alumminum boat. I decided to go with pettit paint. The plan is using aluma protect 4400/4401 aluminum epoxy then aluma protect 4700/4701. When these are all applyed, im going to use vivid paint. Is this a good plan?

I would confirm your plan with the paint vendor. They will be able to advise you on the exact steps. It probably varies from vendor to vendor. I would check with Petit if you haven't already done so.<br /><br />Good luck with the project.

I did try doing that, but its been a while without a response.
