OMC your right thats it's cheaper and usually better at the local pizza shop, but that's not the point! Drive on, it's a journey for the perfect homemade pizza! Grant S is right , splash a little olive oil on, stay away from extra virgin it burns easily. I just spoon it on the crust prior to sause. Use freshly grated cheese, it makes a huge difference. I like 2/3 provalone and 1/3 mozzerella with a little parmesson.
