There's definitely a lot to consider. oops! made a good point..I'm not sure I want to be married to the store. I suppose I could pick and choose my own hours though.

Really, I'm just a poor college student trying to make some money without having to take a job making $8 an hour - no thanks.

Luckily, I have a pizza place pretty close to the lake near my house, and they deliver to us. It's really good too.

Just do it. The kinks will work out. OOPS also made a great response on one of my posts. I guess he been around.
I tend to like idea of cooler and sealed food like candy bars and chips. They last longer and it keeps inspector out of picture.
And the idea about the sign on your boat is good. You can drive around and work your own hours- no annoying phone calls on your days off.

If you do it, make sure you get liability insurance first, just to cover you in case someone gets sick and blames you. Don't worry though, a 1m policy is actually surprisingly cheap.
