USE photobucket get the photos to 600x400 i think
use the icon that looks like a postcard with the mountains next to quotes in iboats
you will need to copy and paste the link that you would get from photobook share this photo
pick the link for forums

640X480 actually. You can set Photobucket to resize them automatically.
