Hi all,
Currently running a 21' Cranchi (Italian) boat with a 93 Penta 4.3l V6 with a 4BBL Holley + Volvo Penta DP-C1 Drive, currently WOT at 4600rpm and 40knots, currently have a set of Alu B7 props on her, they are kinda dinged and not in the best shape but still do the job. Am looking to get some new prop's, was thinking of getting a set of new Alu b7's but been offered a set of Stainless C6's and been advised that would get my rpms up to 4800 and gain a bit of speed. What do you guys advise, not really up on the duo prop drives. Is going to stainess worth it, or could I go to a different set of Alu props to gain the extra 200rpm, would love stainless but finding it hard to justify spending the money on them at the moment.
Sorry for all the questions and thanks in advance.

Go with different aluminum props. The SS is just to expensive to justify them on your boat

I'd go stainless. Yes, they're expensive, but they perform better....a "you get what you pay for" deal. You didn't buy this boat to save money now did you? :D

Would love to see pictures of your boat. I didn't realize Cranchi made a boat that size.

Thanks for the replies, the boat is actually a 93 model, Cranchi dont do anything as small now (people dont usually believe me that its 20 years old, dont think it will ever date!)

Beautiful lines. First time I've seen that model.

We have some friends in Crete that have a 32' Cranchi; has been a great boat for them.
