Doubt you will find one, and if you did it would probably be pretty useless. PennYan, like other manufacturers only made the fiberglass. All other components are off the shelf items, purchased and installed by PennYan. Just get the factory service manuals for your engine/s and transmission/s.
That kind of info was probably never in any published material.
Just do what everybody else does. Use adjustable brackets. and have everything you need to lift and block the boat of of the trailer while you move the bunks around for that perfect fit.
