86 25hp evinrude, water pumps great. Nothing out of pee tube...line from block is clear

Is the motor overheating ?-----Did you have lower unit off to replace impeller ?------Was the copper water tube installed into the exhaust housing BEFORE you put lower unit in place ?

Just bought it, run it waterpump output great always first thing I checked

Not overheating, nice flow output, warm to hot no pee tho

Try compressed air to clear the tell-tale, or a piece of weed-whacker line. Use the line like a drain auger -- twist and push.

or sucking....(vacum)

air pressure "could push any crud bacwards

remove fitting from block and inspect for blockage.

stick a shop vac on the pee hole (adapt the hose accordindly) if you find no blockage

if nothing apply air pressure

btw it pumps but...did you inspect he impeller coud be just a piece of rubber went up the wtare tube and is stuck
