Pee stream

I have 1966 67 mcculloch 7.5 outboard that I acquired at an auction for $50, it runs fine in and out of gear but I'm just wondering how much water should be coming out of the pee holes and is it ok for the cylinder heads by the spark plugs to be quite warm to the touch?

Install a new water pump impeller.

Make sure you got it good and deep in the barrel. My 14 won't push water unless the pump housing is like 6" under water. As for the impeller, hope you don't need one. I think they're kinda scarce.
