badandy, Welcome hoome and thanks for your service. Glad your service was not too painful. However, I was at a welcome home for our local guard unit shortly after Thanks and several troops in field advised they had one meal a day rations at time. Maybe they were just being nice but all expressed a big thanks for the packages.<br /><br />In VN we could not keep enough foot powder and chap stick but a different time and that is behind us all. <br /><br />I have served but oppose this war 100% not invasion of afgan but Iraq. I do support the troops but not necessarily those who send them into what I consider an unacceptable war. Again glad you are home safe.
