Part number question on plug to remote control

Hi,

On my remote control, the 3 pin rubberized Amphenol plug that connects to it broke apart. I looked it up in an online parts catalog, and the only part I found is I think the receptacle it plugs into on the remote control. This is -
Part Number: 0511450
Description: 3-PIN CONNECTOR
Equivalent Parts: 0511990

Does anyone know what the part number of the plug is, and if it is still available? Alternatively if anyone has had this problem and resolved it another way besides buying a new plug, what did you do?

the female part of this type connector is 0511469 and the male part is the one you found 0511990. your options are to either replace the connectors or splice them together thus eliminating the connector altogether. If you splice them then be sure to use crimp connectors with heat shrink tubing on them.
