Hi all, need to identify this sleeved cable, what's called to buy a replacement, it's some sort of a gear shifter located inside the outdrive.

The motor is a Mercruiser 4.3 / V6 with an Alpah One Sterndrive. Thanks in advance.

If you are just looking at the piece at the end, it is a shift slide and I think the Mercruiser part number is 8507522.

Thanks both, is it posible to provide a Mercruiser Lower Shift Cable Kit part code as one single unit or need to order each piece say the sleeve, cable and shift slide separately ?

It might be just me, but Sierra cables have been an issue for me. Since I started using Quicksilver cables, they last longer. Sierra has improved most of their stuff over the years, but oem is for me.

Thanks, got it resolved. For me OEM parts always as cheaper ones doesn't last that long...
