Part Identification for Mercury Outboard

SHello, I'm looking for some help to identify the missing part circled in the picture. The motor went in for a service and came back missing this rubber/plastic cover or plug. I searched Mercury Marine Parts Catalog but cannot find it. I know it's a cosmetic item but still want to replace it. Thanks for any help.

No. Their diagrams are more or less the same as the ones on the PerfProTech website.
I thought it was Trim Tab Screw Hole Plug part: 19-64649 so got this delivered and it's clearly the wrong part.

You may need to see a dealer. You can tease him if he cannot find it either.

Couldn't find it either... I'd suggest sending Mercury customer service an email via their contact them for additional help on this one...They usually get back to you.
