After a winter rebuild, I noticed water coming from this area during today's start up. Looks like a cooling return to me. There is a small crack in it which causes water to shoot out at higher RPM's. Also, is there supposed to be a gasket on this? Any help with a description or part number for a 1998 Johnson 200 would be greatly appreciated. Cant seem to pin it down in the Seloc book.
