Painting aluminum hull... need advice

Repainting an Alumacraft v14 with Interlux Perfection 2 part epoxy polyurethane paint. I am going to use the roll and tip method.

I'm curious as to how much paint I will need for this project, how many coats it will need, if thinning is necessary, and also which rollers/brushes I should use (preferably something I could pick up at Home Depot or Lowes or another popular hardware store). I've done a lot of research and I've seen/heard of good results using a number of different methods so I'm not exactly sure which route to take.

If someone could give me the complete low-down on exactly what I should do to get the best results that would be fantastic.

I've always wanted to Power-coat an alum boat.
I really dont know anything about painting one, just wanted to give you one more thing to thing about..
