An owners manual usually won't be of much value. What you need is the factory shop manual for you engine and outdrive. Many builders will offer several different options for power hence different manuals.
210ccr, The Crownline operator manual is kind of generic as it covers general safety and operation of all the models. I have scanned the operators manual for my 2003 model which I can e-mail you if you would like it (minimal differences between 98 and 03 operators manual) or the current operators manual can be downloaded from http://www.crownline.com/downloads/owners-manual/
