Outdrive maintenance

So I have completely blown shift cable bellows. The other bellows are showing some dry rot and I want to replace them all. When I pull the outdrive off to put the new Bellows on is there any other routine maintenance that you guys would recommend?
'95 SeRay 200
5.0 Alpha One w/gen 2 outdrive.

Since you have the drive off, it might be a good time to replace the impeller if it hasn't been done in the last 3 or 4 years. The drive is already off the boat.
Be sure to check the alignment, and make sure the gimbal bearing and ujoints are good.

Thanks Don I'll deffienatly take care of that. I've only had the boat 1 year but doubt any overhaul/real maintaince was done.
