Outdrive Leg

i'm sorry if it's in the wrong section.<br /><br />i'm about to buy a cruiser it has a BMW 190hp inboard petrol engine but the Outdrive Leg is missing (the transom plate and gimble housing are all ok and in the transom), my question can i buy another or is it a big handling and costly.<br /><br />thx in advance.

Welcome to iboats. :) <br /><br />I believe MerCruiser uses a BMW diesel on a few of their models. I think I also heard that BMW has their own. Wutcha got? The MerCruiser drive should be MUCH easier to find.
