Outboard quits

I have a E25RLESB Evinrude. It has new coils, new power pack, new fuel pump,a carb kit, anbd new tank and hose.
I recently replaced the rear prop shaft seals and was doing a test run today. Ran fine all AM. Ran at wot and idled no problems. 1 or 2 pulls on the rope got it started.
While idling along it quit.
Pumped the bulb, pulled the rope, nothing. Squirted fuel into the carb, nothing. Couldn't get it to fire anyway.
After a 2 hour run to the boat ramp ,with the electric,we got off the river. Good thing I went up stream isn't it.
I am at a loss where to start. Any Ideas?
Thanks
TJ

Re: Outboard quits

The simplest thing is to check for sparks. If you have sparks then try spraying 50:1 mix into the carb throat whilst turning the motor over and see if it fires. If it fires you have a fuel issue. If no spark disconnect the kill switch and try again. If still no spark check connections and the ignition components. What was the problem that caused you to change coils and power pack. That may be a clue,
