Ordering Axles online, drilling out hole for spring. Rust question.

I'm looking online to buy two replacement galvanized axles for my pontoon trailer, as the current spindles are all shot. The axles I'm looking at are galvanized, but once the hole is drilled for the leaf springs to sit in, won't they just start to rust away from the inside-out? Are these axles galvanized on both the outside and inside?

My plan was also to spray some cold galvanize to the actual area where I drilled the hole.

instead of drilling a hole mebbe get spring perches on them

Most axles come with the alignment plate welded in place and galvanized with the rest of the axle
